| ‘Declare far flung areas of distt Kathua as backward’, says Basotra | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 16: The state backward classes’ commission has been urged to declare far flung areas of tehsils of Billawar and Hiranagar as most backward areas of district Kathua.
As per press release, the state secretary Pradesh Youth Congress, Pankaj Basotra after visiting for flung areas of the district said, that the areas of the district mentioned in the advertisement for getting the objections of some areas said they have already all facilities and as such does not need any facility under backwards area scheme. He said Billawar and Hiranagar have always been ignored and hoped that MLC, Amin Bhat under the guidance of Rajiv Gandhi will deliver justice to the poor people of the areas, and declare these areas backward areas of the Kathua district.
