Early Times Report RAMGARH, Sept 18: Government Degree College Ramgarh organized an Essay Writing Competition on the occasion of Hindi Pakhwada 2026 with the objective of promoting and enriching the Hindi language and fostering interest in Hindi writing among students. The programme was organized under the guidance and direction of Prof. (Dr.) Meeru Abrol, Principal, Government Degree College Ramgarh. The competition was organized by Dr. Susheel Kumar, Head, Department of Hindi, and Dr. Sapna Rani. A large number of students participated enthusiastically in the competition and presented their views on the given topic in Hindi in a creative and effective manner. The competition aimed to encourage students to develop their writing skills, communication abilities, creativity, and interest in the Hindi language. Rooshi Verma secured First Position, Ashu secured Second Position, and Chetna secured Third Position in the competition. On the occasion, Prof. (Dr.) Meeru Abrol, Principal, GDC Ramgarh, appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the students and stated that Hindi is an important part of India's rich linguistic and cultural heritage. She encouraged the students to make greater use of Hindi and to further develop their creative abilities through writing. The successful conduct of the programme was made possible through the active contribution of the faculty members of the Department of Hindi, along with the enthusiastic participation and support of teachers from various departments, including Prof. Darpan Malhotra, as well as the students. The competition provided the students with a valuable platform to express their thoughts independently and creatively in the Hindi language. |
