| Dr Sudhaa Awarded Lifetime Achievement Award | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 22: A 3 Day North Zone Conference of Indian Menopause Society(NZ - IMS) concluded with important decisions in Governing Council Meeting for the welfare of the midlife women Conference was organized by Jammu Menopause Society in association with the department of Gynae and Obstetrics GMC Jammu. This was held under the leadership of President IMS, Dr Sudhaa Sharma with Dr Robina Mirza & Dr Jyotsna Lamba as organizing Chairpersons, Dr Parikh Rana as Conference co ordinator.
The event was attented by more than 350 eminent doctors.Hundred luminaries & stalwart Gynaecologists across the country had interactions & brain storming sessions in the conference Sessions on Navigating Menopause, Vaso Motor Symptoms, Putting HER First, Aging gracefully, Midlife Obesity & Blueprint for future of Menopausal Health were deliberated.
Another highlight of the conference was President, Dr Sudhaa sharma's Oration " Rediscovering Self during and after Menopause "
Dr Sudhaa Sharma was also presented Life Time Achievement Award for her outstanding contributions, dedication, exemplary leadership, academic excellence & commitment towards Women health
Nearly 50 original papers were presented in this conference.
Interactive panel discussion on Bone health & MHT were also scientific attractions
Conference promoted knowledge sharing, evidence based Menopause care, Exchange of clinical Experience Scientific research & multidisciplinary approach to Midlife Health.
