JAMMU, Sept 25: Under the aegis of the Rotary India Literacy Mission, the Rotary Club of Jammu City (Club ID 79293, District 3070) organized a felicitation ceremony to confer the prestigious Nation Builder Award 2026 upon distinguished faculty members of Padma Shri Padma Sachdev (PSPS) Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
