Jammu, June 19- People’s Democratic President who is visiting the winter capital is scheduled workers meeting here tomorrow.
This was announced by the newly appointed Spokesman of the party A K Sawhney Advocate while addressing the media persons at PDP Office here today.
He said the party will vigorously pursue its agenda for peace in the State and as a responsible opposition party raise the issues of the people of the State.
He said that Party Patron Mufti Mohammed Sayeed and Mehbooba Mufti in a meeting of the legislators of the PDP have already instructed the MLAs and MLCs of the party to raise the public issues and the problems at every forum.
He appreciated the role of Party President Mehbooba Mufti in raising the voice against the violation of human rights and highlighting the rape and murder of two women in Shopian.
