| Veeri PDP’s Deputy Leader | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 20: President of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Mehbooba Mufti today appointed Abdul Rehman Veeri, MLA Bejbehara as deputy leader of party in the Legislative Assembly (LA).
The party spokesperson said that party president also appointed MLA Bandipora, advocate Nizam ud Din Bhat as secretary of the party in Legislative Assembly. PDP president Ms Mehbooba also constituted a five members core group of the party legislatures headed by advocate Murtaza Khan.
Other members of the core group are advocate Nizam ud Din Bhat, Choudhary Zulfikar, Basharat Bukhari and advocate Abdul Haq.
The core group will coordinate party’s role in the Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council to enable to voice problems of the common masses.
