| About 9 kg Charas recovered, two arrested | | |

Two drug peddlers coming from Kashmir were arrested by the police and recovered about 9 kgs of Charas form their possession.
As per reports SHO, Chanderkot Nazir Ahmed Dar on a tip off laid a naka on the National Highway and stopped a truck under No. JK02C-9873 loaded with fruit. During search police team recovered about 9 kgs of Charas from it. Police immediately arrested two persons of the truck, namely Ali Mohd. S/o Bashir Ahmed and Mukhtiyar S/o Abdul Aziz both residents of Qazi-Gund. During interrogation they confess that they used to smuggled Charas to Jammu and were active in this business for the last couple of years. Case has been registered against both of them.
