JAMMU, Oct 14: MLA Bahu, Ch. Vikram Randhawa, today inaugurated the drain-covering and tile-laying work at Government High School, Digiana, Ward No. 45, undertaken under his Constituency Development Fund (CDF).

He emphasized that development must reach every section of society and that educational institutions deserve proper infrastructure to provide a better environment for learning. He further stated that he would continue to utilize available development funds to address local requirements and improve essential facilities across the Bahu constituency.
