| Reasi police seizes 91 grams of Charas at Narloo; one accused arrested | | | Early Times Report
REASI, Oct 27: In its continued drive against drug trafficking and substance abuse, Reasi Police apprehended one person and recovered 91 grams of Charas from his possession during naka checking at Narloo.
On the evening of October 26, 2026, at about 2145 hours, a naka party of Police Station Arnas, while performing patrolling and naka checking duties at Narloo, apprehended a person identified as Kishor Singh alias Bittu S/o Naseeb Singh R/o Kanthi, Tehsil Thuroo, District Reasi. During his personal search, 91 grams of Charas were recovered from his possession.
In this connection, FIR No. 75/2026 U/S 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Arnas and the accused has been taken into custody.
Further investigation is underway to establish the forward and backward linkages of the case and identify the source of the contraband as well as any other persons involved in the drug trafficking network.
