| Symposium on adverse effects of smoking, drugs addiction held | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, June 23: To make people and students aware about the adverse effects of smoking and taking of drugs a symposium was held at Govt Degree College, here today.
Addressing the gathering principal of college Prof. P.K. Koul urged upon the students and other participants to shoulder the responsibility of making awareness about the hazards of smoking and drugs and takes the lives of people annually in large number. Students who took part in the symposium were awarded cash prize on the spot.
Among other persons who attended the symposium were Dr. Ashaq Hussain, Rechi Firdoes, Chuni Lal, Dr. Javed Iqbal and Prof Pawan Sharma
