KISHTWAR, Oct 30: The District Rent Assessment Committee today approved 09 rent assessment cases pertaining to various government departments, here at a meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma. The approved cases included private buildings rented by the Police, FCS&CA, Education, Health, Animal Husbandry and Handicrafts Departments. The Dy Commissioner directed the concerned officers to ensure timely disbursement of rent to landowners, while simultaneously ensuring the proper upkeep and safeguarding of govt and rented properties. |
