Jammu, June 29: The Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) in a condolence meeting held here today. Condoled the demise of Balak Ram congress former block president of Pancheri of district Udhampur at party headquarters here today.
A condolence meeting deep shock and grief was expressed on the sad demise of Balak Ram and conveyed heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family members. Recalling his services to the people and party the PCC leaders said that Balak Ram had served the people of his area irrespective of caste, creed or religion through out his life. He was a strong pillar of the party and his death has created a wedge in Pancheri Block which is hardly to be filled up. Two minutes silence was observed in the meeting and it was prayed to the almighty to grant peace to the departed soul in heaven to courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss. The condolence meeting was attended by leaders and workers. District Congress Udhampur also condoled the death of Balak Ram.
