| 12th death anniversary of Col Rinchan observed | | | Early Times Report
Leh, June 30: The 12th anniversary of late Col. Rinchan was observed at the memorial of Rinchan Stupa here today. A large number of people attended the function and paid glowing tributes to late col. Jawans of the army presented general of honour at the memorial stupa.
Speakers on the occasion re-called the contribution of late colonel, who was awarded Mahaveer Chakra for his service by the government. After retirement he worked for the upliftment of downtrodden people. The function was attended by LAHDC executive councilor Mohd Khan, Tsering Angchak, ex union minister, P. Namgyal, civil and army officer etc.
