| Jasrota Club wins in Satish memorial cricket | | | Early Times Report KATHUA, June 30: Jasrota Cricket Club (JCC) outplayed Singh Cricket Club (SCC) by five wickets in a low scoring match to advance into the next round of Satish Sharma Memorial Cricket Tourament being organised under the banner of Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) at Sports Stadium, Hiranagar. Earlier, batting first after winning the toss, SCC lost all their wickets for 89 runs in 18.3 overs of the 30 overs game. In reply, JCC chased the total in 13.4 overs with five wickets in hand. Vicky Singh scored maximum 21 runs while Sikander Singh contributed 11. From JCC, Nikhil was most successful bowler with three for 15 in 3.3 overs. Manu too bowled brilliant spell taking away two wickets for just seven runs in three overs. Later, chasing the easy target, JCC reached the required total in mere 13.4 overs for the loss of five wickets. Bitu was top scorer with 24-ball 29 runs including two sixes and three boundaries. Sahil contributed 17-ball 17 runs. Rajinder and Ravi Singh clinched two wickets each from SCC.
