| CM must quit gracefully | | | Early Times Report Jammu, June 30- Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman, National Panthers Party today advised Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah to resign in his own interest, interest of his family and the state as a whole. Addressing media persons here today Bhim accused Omar of having failed to deliver. He said that there is no governance in the state, administration is not under his control and it is not possible for the Chief Minister to look after even law and order situation. ‘Because of the bad governance, the Chief Minister should quit’, Bhim said adding that ‘there is no one taking care of the patients in the hospital, no office is functioning and loot is the order of the day’. The situation in Shopian and Baramulla is threatening the security of the state, he said, and advised the Chief Minister to resign on moral grounds. He also urged the Governor to form all party government so that a representative government could be formed which is essential to create a consensus for the final resolution of the situation in Jammu and Kashmir. In reply to a question he said that BJP as well as Hurriyat should be invited to participate in the new government so that the bloodshed, state anarchy and insecurity shall end and peace returns to the trouble torn valley.
