| Placements for JU students y CFQA | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTER

Working out strategic improvement of the systems for stakeholder satisfaction for the students, Director, Centre for Quality Assurance (CFQA) has initiated a number of student related activities like industry interactions for improving career prospects of students and scholars, identification of placement and alumni cells as critical quality processes etc. The CFQA ha s organized placement of eight students of the Jammu University and its affiliated colleges in Adlabs FM Radio, apart of the Reliance ADA group, for its newly established office in Jammu. The students have been absorbed as Producers, Copy Writers and Radio Jockeys, with an attractive pay package.
According to press release CFQA in collaboration with Genpact, GE Associates conducted a monthly long training on communication skills for a batch of seven student, out of which five have been offered employment at Jaipur, Gurgaon and Hayderabad offices of Genpact. Besides, the centre also initiated summer placements and summer projects for the students in the leading companies like ICICI Prudential, Centre for Civil Society, New Delhi etc.
