| CME on Advance Techniques in Joint Replacement organized | | |

JAMMU, JULY 5: Maharishi Dayanand Hospital, Jammu and Sanofi Aventis organized a CME on Advance Techniques in Joint Replacement. On this occasion the presentation was given by Dr. R. K. Sharma a renowned Orthopedic Surgeon from Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi .He spoke about the Recent Advances in Joint Replacement & A-vascular Necrosis of Femoral Head. He has performed over 2000 primary & revision Total Knee Replacement surgeries, Unicondylar knee arthoplasty, Total Hip Replacement and surface replacement of hip. He has started the first Bone Bank at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital-New Delhi.
The Guests were welcomed by Dr .Kuldeep Gupta Managing Director Maharishi Dayanand Hospital. The CME was attended by many doctors including senior and leading Orthopedicians from Jammu region, who had an interactive session at the end of the CME. The Vote of Thanks was presented by Dr. Yash Gandotra, Director Medical Affairs Maharishi Dayanand Hospital. On this occasion Mrs.Sukriti Chowdhary - Director Maharishi Dayanand Hospital, Manav Gupta and Puneet Kumar Jha – Area Manager, Apollo Hospital, Delhi were also present.
