Jammu, July 5: A 15 member executive committee for block Parmandal has been constituted by Indian council for enviro legal action committee (ICELA) at a meeting chaired by J.D. Singh, a senior member of the council at Bari-Brahmana here today. The state Convenor ICELA, Ashok Sharma was the chief guest on the occasion. The committee will be headed by R.R. Bali.
The other members are Dharam Pal, R.C. Badyal, Col. Sham Lal, Yash Paul, Singh Jambal, Capt Babu Ram, Onkar Saini, Mulk Raj Bhagat, Rattan Sharma, Bua Ditta, Tamanna, Vijay Gupta, Bodhraj, Capt Girdhari Lal and Baldev Raj Chowdhary.
