| SSH demands better facilities to pilgrims at ‘Yatri Niwas’ | | | Early Times Report Jammu, July 5: Shiv Sena Hindustan (SSH) is facing lot of difficulties in running the free langer at yatri niwas (Bhagwati Nagar) for Amarnath yatries, said Dimple Kohli president SSH at a press conference here today. Kohli said, no doubt Dy. Commissioner, Jammu has directed the consumer affairs and public distribution department to open a fair price shop at the base camp for providing essential items to langer wallas, on control rates, but till date no shop has opened by the concerned authorities and added due to this callous attitude of the authorities it becomes difficult to run the show. He said, here are reports that under the shadow of yatra officials of CA & PD are selling it as black in the market. He also said, the sheds provided for the langers by PWD are also not upto the mark, and by chance if it rains, all the material kept inside will get destroyed.
