| Fake treasury officer arrested in Jammu | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jul 6 :Jammu Police here on Monday arrested an impersonator posing as treasury officer and recovered government stamps and some incriminating documents, police officials said.
Police sources said acting on a complaint that a youth posing himself as a treasury officer was attesting the forms of job seekers near the State Service Recruitment Board (SSRB), police rushed to the spot and arrested him.
He was later identified as Kashmiri Singh of RS Pura border belt in Jammu, police said adding that a case has been registered against him. The police has also recovered government stamps and some documents from him and has launched a hunt to track down another youth, who had given him government stamps and some documents
