| 25 Kgs Bhukki seized, two Punjab women arrested | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jul 6 :Two Punjabi women were arrested with Bhukki in Chenani area of Udhampur district, police sources here today said.
Following a tip off, police Sunday laid a special nakka at Chenani and intercepted a bus JK02X-9947. During frisking, 25-kilograms of Bhukki was recovered from the possession of two women, which they were smuggling it to Punjab from Kashmir, police sources here said.
However, the arrested women were identified as Sarabjeet Kour of Tanda, Hoshiarpur and Malkeeto of Phillaur.
A case has been registered against them and the matter is being investigated.
