| GDYDF to develop strong bonds of communal harmony | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, JULY 6: After Kashmir has lost the characteristics of communal harmony Greater Doda Youth Development Forum (GDYDF) an organization committed to develop strong bonds of communal harmony in erstwhile Doda district have employed few non governmental organizations (NGO) to carry forward the mission. Addressing media persons in Jammu on Monday President Iqbal Wani informed that few more NGOs are being roped in to carry forward the mission actively. Expressing content for being part and parcel of Jammu region Wani said some people did not like mutual understanding of various sections of the people in Jammu region. On the occasion Wani hailed Chief Minister omar Abdullah for appinting near about 8086 unemployed educated youth upon various posts through SSRB, PSC in a short span of January 9th to June 24th. He said that by doing the commendable job through fast track employment method NC-Congress under the leadership of Omar has created history as for the last sixty years no government was able to do so. Hoping the government will continue to provide jobs to unemployed youths Wani said that Finance Ministers statement regarding formulating of concrete policy about the recruitment is a welcome step. He urged upon the government to provide sufficient funds to area so that dreams of development could be fulfilled. On the occasion A. Bakshi, Majid Shaukeen, Rashpal Katoch, Majid Magray, Raj Kamal Arya, Vinay Thusso and other office bearers were also present.
