| NCC to organise Special National Integration Camp | | | Early Times Report Udhampur, July 7: An All India Special Integration Camp will be organized by the National Cadet Corps (NCC) at 257 Transit Camp, Leh, from July11-22. Official spokesperson stated that Brig Anil Gupta, Deputy Director General NCC disclosed that this 12 day Special National Integration Camp is being conducted by NCC Group, Srinagar, under the aegis of NCC Directorate, J&K. A total of 170 cadets and 30 NCC officers and staff representing all States will be participating in this camp which is scheduled to be conducted in three stages with induction from New Delhi by chartered flight, the main camp at Leh and de-induction by road from Leh to Chandigarh via Upshi-Manali. During the camp the cadets will interact with each other by way of presentations and cultural programmes on their states alongwith group discussion and debates on various social related issues. ‘Inter directorate competitions in many indoor and outdoor events will develop spirit of teamwork, camaraderie and competitiveness with sportsmanship, Brig Anil Gupta stated.
