Jammu, July 8: To strengthen the women’s wing of national conference (NC) provincial president NC Rattan Lal Gupta on the recommendation off provincial president of women wing Vijay Laxmi Dutta has appointed Mariam Shiekh as district president of women wing for Kishtwar. While Nusrat Farooq has been appointed provincial secretary of women’s wing for Kishtwar, Doda and Ramban.
