| Super Time Scale for District Judges | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, JULY 8: According to a notification issued by the Finance Department, in exercise of the powers conferred by provision to section 124 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the Governor is pleased to direct that the provisions of clause (vi) of rule 6 of Jammu and Kashmir Subordinate Judicial pay Rules, 2003 shall be substituted by “District Judges shall be entitled to the Super Time Scale of Rs. 22850-500-24850 to the extent of 10% of cadre strength of District Judges after having completed not less than thee years of continuous service as Selection Grade District Judge.”
