| CJM Doda rejects bail of alleged interstate cheater | | |

DODA, JULY 9: Chief Judicial Magistrate Doda SR Gandhi today rejected the bail a
pplication of Dinesh Kumar alleged inter-state cheater allegedly involved in much publicized precious metal deal. According to the police case that complainant lodged a written complaint in which they submitted that they are the residents of Kishtwar Town and few days ago accused Dinesh Kumar came in contact with them and showed them some documents of company with the name and style “Anglo American” and he was showing himself tester of the precious metals. The accused also told the complainant that the company is doing business of precious metallic project.
CJM Doda SR Gandhi after hearing CPO Ravinder Rao and Prosecuting Officer Anoop Kumar appeared for the state and gone through the material provided by the police, observed that allegations of the fraud, cheating has leveled against the accused and investigation of the case is at its pre-mature stage, if bail has been granted to accused it will be hamper the process of the investigation and rejected the bail application.
