| Chief Army staff visit Yol cantt | | | EARLY TIMES RPORTER

The chief of the Army Staff General JJ Singh, accompanied by President AWWA Anupama Singh arrived here today and visited the newly raised Corps Headquarters at Yol Cantt.
The Chief of the Army Staff was received by the Corps Commander, Lt. Gen PK Rampal who briefed the COAS about the operational and administrative aspects.
The COAS also interacted with the officers posted at the Corps Headquarter and its unit issues of current relevance. He visit included the newly created infrastructure including the Rising Star Museum. Which showcases the rich tradition and culture of Himachal Pradesh and preserves the memory of its martyrs. The COAS complimented all ranks of the Corps for achieving very high professional standards, as also, for transforming Yol Cantt into a pleasant and eminently habitable military station within a short span of ten months.
