| Jammu Heritage society frames body | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 10
For the upkeep of old movements of historical importance in Jammu region, Jammu heritage society elected Baldev Kullar as its president where as Om Parkash Mahajan has been appointed as chairman.
The main object of the society is to help and suggest ways and means for further improvement. The society will also try to undertake new projects on its own among there is up gradation and preservation of Gumat Gate and development of historic ‘Peer Khoh’ temple beside this society will take up social issues like aid to downtrodden, welfare of widows and stipend to deserving poor students.
The other members of the society are Bhuvneshwar Gandotra as general secretary, Ashwani Arora, Ajesh Rohmetra as the vice presidents, Sanjeev Kalra as joint secretary, Nitesh Choudhary as treasure and K.L Bhalla as Vice-Chairman
