| Mangat meets Sonia | | | Early Times Report Jammu, July 11: The former deputy chief minister and senior vice president PCC Pt. Mangat Ram Sharma called on Congress president Sonia Gandhi at Delhi and appraised her about the unhealthy signals from various quarters for the Congress party in the state. As per press release he informed her that congress workers are being neglected and not taken into confidence by the administration while implementing various welfare schemes started by previous state govt. led by Ghulam Nabi Azad and UPA govt at the centre. Sharma demanded that sentiments of Congress workers should be respected and they should be taken into confidence in the implementation of all welfare and developmental works in their respective areas. He also stressed for better coordination between the workers of both the alliance partners and said that coalition dharma should be maintained in a healthy manner. President AICC gave a patient hearing to Sharma and assured him full cooperation from party high command further strengthen the party in the state.
