Yasin, others presented in court, non bailable warrants served to Javed Nalka

JAMMU, July 11: Presiding Officer TADA Court Jammu today issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Javind Mir alias Nalka. Mohd Yaseen Malik Supremo JKLF appeared in the Court of TADA along with Showkat Bakshi, Manzoor Sofi, Wajahat Bashir who are facing trial along with other accused persons in the case of kidnapping of Dr. Rubiya Syed and killing of five air-force personal. Court earlier directed Home Secretary J&K Government to produce the JKLF Supremo in the Court as Advocate Yogesh Baskhi told the Court that Yaseen Malik was presently under house arrest, as per information. TADA Court also ordered Superintendent Udhampur Jail to produce the Nanaji on next date of hearing who is presently lodged in the Udhampur Jail.
It is worthwhile to mention here that the case is pending for the last so many years at the stage of framing charge in both the case which are investigated by the Premier Investigating Agency of the Country CBI and presented challan against accused persons allegedly involved in both the cases.
Dr. Rubiya Syed daughter of then Home Minister of India and Ex-Chief Minister of J&K Mufti Mohd Syed, while she was working as internship in Lal Ded Hospital Srinagar in the first week of December 1989 while she was coming from the hospital along with Dr. Nargis for Matador stand during this period a car came there and Dr. Rubiya Syed was forcibly kidnapped. The kidnappers demanded release of five hardcore militants of JKLF for the release of Dr. Rubiya Syed. Then Government of India with the consent of J&K Government released five hardcore militants and thereafter kidnappers released the daughter of Mufti Mohd Syed. In another case in the month of January 1990 the allegedly accused killed five air-force personals while they were waiting for their Air-Force bus at Batmaloo, Srinagar.
