| JKNPP leaders condoles Kotwal’s demises | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, July 11: Panthers Party Secretariat today expressed heart-felt condolences, on the demise of Kowtal Amarnath Former Vice-President National Panthers Party and father of B.B. Kotwal Advocate and Vice-Chairman JKNPP. Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman JKNPP described the death of Kotwal Amarnath as shocking and a great loss to the people of the state. He said that Kotwal Amarnath was a great, untiring, selfless, dedicated and progressive social activist whose death has created a vacuum in the socio-political atmosphere of the state, which could not be filled for a century. In his condolence message from Uttrakhand Prof. Bhim Singh has expressed sympathies with the bereaved family. Panther’s Party leaders paid tributes to Kotwal and praised his contribution for the success of the movement of the Panthers Party. Those who were present in the condolence meeting included Harsh Dev Singh, Balwant Singh Mankotia and Yashpaul Kundal MLAs, Shri Navin Bakshi, Daljit Singh, Sudershan Singh Jamwal and Shri Noordin Parrey Vice-Presidents, Anita Thakur, Syed Mohd. Rafiq Shah, MLC and H.C. Jalmeria Advocate General Secretaries, Bansi Lal Sharma Advocate is political advisor to the JKNPP ,Vilakshan Singh State Secretary, and Faqir Nath, Provincial President, Paramjeet Singh Marshall, Provincial Vice-President.
