| Dar appeals people to strengthen hands of CM | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, July 12: Making a fervent appeal to youth to help young Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in leading the state towards prosperity and development, Minister of State for R&B, Health & Medical Education, Agriculture and horticulture, Javaid Ahmad Dar has said that Chief Minister, was very sincere in building the state and ushering it to new heights of prosperity and development adding that people should be aware of vested interests hell-bent to create an atmosphere of chaos and confusion among the people.
Minister stated this, while addressing a mammoth gathering at Baramulla today in his maiden public meeting after being inducted in the cabinet.
He said that development process could only flourish in an atmosphere of peace & tranquility and the present government will not allow anybody to create law and order situation in the state and disturb the peaceful atmosphere. He said that people are the ultimate sufferers of these circumstances. He said that there is a tremendous scope with R&B, Health, Horticulture and Agriculture sectors and cent percent involvement of people in these sectors. Assuring the people that he will put every effort to mitigate and solve their problems Dar exhorted upon the administration that they would dedicatedly work for implementing the welfare schemes and work with renewed vigour and dedication. Earlier, minister was accorded a warm reception by the people.
