| Batwal community demands representation in Govt. forums | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 13: The Batwal community welfare association has demanded to provide in the representation in various govt. forums as per J&K census operation report.
Associations expressed concern over the delay caused by the directorate of social welfare in granting scholar ships to community students and as such urged the minister for social welfare to issue directions to the directorate for early disbursement of the scholarships so that the students may meet their educational needs and continue with their studies.
Association also demanded stipends for the candidates of the community who have completed their bachelor of Engineering courses and have not so for been provided job by the govt.
