| Congress offers Aslam chairmanship of Gujjar Bakerwal board | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 13: The Congress party workers have hailed the cabinet expanion in which seven ministers from Congress Party were being inducted. In a statement issued here today Sr. Vice President of PCC Pt. Dharampal Sharma has said that Choudhary Mohammad Aslam has expressed his dismay on not having been inducted into the cabinet, the president JKPCC Prof. Saifudin Soz in a press meet clarified the position that due respect has been shown to Choudhary by offering him the chairmanship of the Gujjar and Bakerwal board with the status of a cabinet minister. He said there were already two senior Gujjar leaders from the congress in the cabinet. He said Choudhary Aslam should accept the assignment and not be part of any controversy.
Among others who were present during the meet were Amrit Malhotra MLC, Muzaffar Parray, Bashir Ahmed Magrey and others.
