| Hillary Visiting India this week | | | Agecncies Washington, July 15: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will undertake a five-day visit to India, beginning from Mumbai on Friday to discuss with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and other senior officials ''structure and elements of an enhanced US-India strategic partnership.'' ''This partnership will enable us to advance solutions to the defining challenges of the 21st century, and to enhance global prosperity and stability,'' State Department Spokesman Ian Kelly said, while formally announcing the Secretary's travel plan. While in India, Secretary Clinton will meet with the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and with the External Affairs minister SM Krishna Kelly said Clinton and Krishna would discuss the structure and elements of an enhanced US-India strategic partnership. This partnership would enable us to advance solutions to the defining challenges of the 21st century, and to enhance global prosperity and stability. The Secretary will arrive in Mumbai on July 17 where she will meet with a 'broad cross-section of Indian society and would remember the victims of the 2008 terrorist attacks.' On July 19, she will travel to New Delhi to have a full schedule of meetings with government officials, the leader of the opposition, entrepreneurs, scientists, and Indian youth. The Secretary will leave New Delhi on July 21 for Thailand. Spokesman Kelly ruled out the possibility of Clinton making any side trips to Afghanistan or Pakistan
