7/18/2009 11:50:45 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu July 18: Expressing grave concern over the frequent reports of adulteration of food items from time to time, the BJP State Spokesperson Ramesh Arora demanded strict laws to handle this crisis.
Mr Arora said the adultration is being done to earn more profit and certain articles used for adulteration causes serious problems on human body. He said no doubt money is important in life but we cannot compromise to the extent where a threat is posed to the very survival of human beings.
He appealed the society in general to get united and expose all those persons who are bent upon to earn profits on the cost of our health. A public movement to highlight the issue and effects of adulteration on human beings is also required, he said.
