| Seniority Dispute; HC stayed the operation of earlier order | | |

Jammu, July-18: Justice JP Singh of J&K High Court Jammu Wing has stayed the order No 200 dated May 28, 2009 issued by the High Court of J&K, in a petition filed by Satinder Singh Court Secretary, the seniority of private respondent No 3 was fixed over and above of the petitioner in RBA category. The petitioner Satinder Singh who appeared in person and argued that in terms of Rule 31, of J&K Reservation Rules 2005, the inter-se-seniority in the matter of appointment by promotion cannot be fixed on the basis of roaster point. Justice JP Singh after hearing petitioner Satinder Singh appear in person and Adv Sudershan Sharma appearing for the private respondent stayed operation of order impugned till next date of hearing and issued notice to respondents for filling objections within four weeks.
