In a meticulously planned operation, the Jammu Police caught hold of a Delhi based youth who was appearing for a Reasi based medical aspirant for a deal of Rs 6 lakhs. According to a Police spokesman, on getting a specific information, two teams were constituted for simultaneous action at two different examination centers. One Ashwani Abrol (Owner of Gupta Cloth House) resident of Reasi had struck a deal for Rs 6 lacs with Delhi based boy Namely Gourav Singh son of Suresh Prasad Singh resident of H. Gourav Singh is student of B.Sc Part III at Hans Raj College North Campus Delhi. He got in touch with Ashwani Abrol when he was on visit to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi last year. Moreover he promised to pay the amount after clearing the exam. For this two forms were filled in the name of Ankush Abrol son of Ashwani Abrol. Both the forms were carrying photographs of Ankush Abrol and Gourav Singh respectively. Finally both the candidates appeared in the said exam today and were taken into custody in a simultaneous meticulously planned action at both the locations.

He got in touch with Ashwani Abrol when he was on visit to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji last year , he added .

However, the candidates were also satisfied with the kind of arrangements BPEE had made for the smooth conduct of examination.
One of the students Abhishek Gupta, who took the CET, said the test was for two hours. “Despite being lengthy, the test was easy. It is good that there will be no negative marking,” he added.
Shagun Shram , another student, said this was her first attempt. Though she was nervous before entering the examination hall, she was relieved once she saw the question paper.
On the other hand , many students like Sachit Chaudhry, Pawan Preet and scores of students found the papers ‘all-right’. Hundreds of students took the CET (Common Entrance Test) examination this morning. The boys and girls appearing for this examination aspire to be future engineers.
It was a balanced paper. The thrust was on the XI and XII syllabus, a physics lecturer, said. "The paper was very easy this year as compared to last year.
