| CCBL hold annual meet of to share holders | | | Early times report Jammu, July 20: The Citizen’s Cooperative Bank Ltd (CCBL) held annual general meeting of it shareholders at Akhnoor, today. Chairman of the Bank Dinesh Gupta in his address highlighted of the progress made by the bank in different sectors, and placed before shareholders the Agenda of the meeting and presented Financial Results of the Bank and also proposed amendments in Bye-Laws etc. Shareholders of the Bank appreciated the role of the Management for convening the meeting pending since long. They appreciated the role of Bank Management for extending better banking services to its members and public in general and approved the annual accounts presented by the Bank and amendments in Bye Laws. Janak Singh, Jagjit Singh and Radhey Sham shareholders of the bank appreciated the decision of the Management to convene Annual meeting at Akhnoor as demand made by the shareholders of the area. Chairman of the Bank expressed his gratitude’s to the Board members, Shareholders of the Bank, Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir through registrar, Cooperative Societies, J&K and Reserve Bank of India with whose help and support the bank has been able to make progress in all sectors. He also placed on record the excellent work done by members of staff in achievement of desired results. Vice Chairman Ch. Narinder Singh and Ram Sahai, Arun Gupta, Kailash Kumar Langer, Shashi Paul Vaid and Kuldip Raj Gupta, Directors on the board of the bank were present in the meeting.
