| Two real sisters, priest end lives in love triangle | | | Early Times Report
Akhnoor, July 20: In tragic end to a unique love story, three lovelorn consumed poison and died in a triangle affair in Akhnoor area today.
Three persons including two girls and a saint consumed poisonous substance and died, while as police have arrested one person in this connection. According to the source, two sisters namely Sushama and Sabita, (name changed) both daughters of Bachan Singh residents of Pargwal were reportedly in love with a so called priest identified as Moti Nath son of Peer Paras resident of Amballa and were therefore frequent visitors to the temple situated near by their house.
The girl consumed poison when their parents forced one of the sisters to engage in marriage somewhere else. Both the girls urged parents to let them free to settle with the priest, causing scuffle between the family members. In the morning parents seen their daughters in an unconscious position and rushed them to GMC hospital where doctors confirmed them as brought dead. Parents of the deceased held saint responsible for the deaths as according to them saint cast spell on their daughters to take extreme step. Saint when heard the news of their death also consumed poison, he was too rushed to the GMC hospital where he was also confirmed dead by the doctors. While as police have arrested a follower of the saint identified as Shyam Nath and his questioning is on the Akhnoor police station.
