| Kashmiri Pandit Legal Forum deputation call on revenue minister | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, JULY 21: A deputation of Kashmiri Pandit Legal Forum met the Revenue and Rehabilitation minister Ramman Balla and apprised him about various problems of mass encroachments and unauthorized occupation of migrants immoveable properties in the valley including the lands of temples and shrines, in violation of J&K Migrant Immoveable Property (Preservation, Protection and Restrain on Distress Sales Act) 1995. After deliberations of issue the Minister assured the delegation to sort out the matter at of revenue officers at Srinagar soon. As per press release deputation is invited do put forth and sort out the issue in the proposed meeting. The deputation was led by President of the forum advocates along with Roop Krishen Raina and general secretary K.B. Kaw, R.K. Dalloo, B.L. Pandita, R.K. Kachroo, K.L. Bhat and B.K. Bhat.
