| Adbi Kunj holds it literary meet | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 21: Adbi Kunj J&K held a multilingual short story-cum-poetic meet which was presided over by Muni Lal Puri a veteran Freedom Fighter and well known literary personality.
To start with Sham Talib, President Adbi Kunj passed a resolution and condoled the sudden death of mother of eminent writer and historian Aseer Kishtwari. Special tributes were also paid to late Nargis Sitara, Vice-President Adbi Kunj who passed away at Srinagar during the last week.
He also announced that Adbi Kunj , J&K, Jammu and Anjuman Taraqqi-e-Urdu Hind ( J&K ) jointly would be organizing a function on July 24 at K L Saighal Hall of J&K Academy of Art , Culture & Languages , Jammu to release “ Shinakht-e-Gul “ an Urdu Short story collection written by Talib Kashmiri , a well known short story writer.
The short story session and poetic session were also organized as the part of the activities of the said programme in which large number of eminent poets and writers read out their works.
K L Dubey ‘Diwana in the end presented the vote of thanks.
