| PWD employee dies in a scuffle | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar July 21: An employee of Public Works Department died after he was injured in scuffle over shifting of school at Beigh Pora Wadder Bala Handwara.
Sources said that Ab. Rashid Beigh and his other family members were severely beaten by rival party headed by Habib Mir and Bashir Mir S/o Gani Mir by lathis over a dispute on relocation of SSA school at Beigh Pora Wadder Bala Handwara,
Beigh who received severe injury was shifted to SKIMS Srinagar where succumbed to his injuries.
Deceased was a PWD Coolly aged 38 years and accommodated single teacher SSA School 5 to 6 days back in his residential house which was objected by his neighbour. Police has registered a case in this regard and taken up the investigations.
