| JNW society demands construction of boundary wall over Nallah | | |

Jammu, July 22: Jeevan Nagar welfare (JNW) society have urged upon the administration to construct a bund on both sides of the Nallah, ‘Landoi Choi’, passing through Jeevan Nagar. Addressing the members of the society Th. Tirath Singh Salathia said that heavy rains on the intervening night of 20th and 21st July caused flood in the nallah and the water entered the residential houses and causes damage to large extent. He said one fails to understand why ERA department stop construction of boundary wall, at Jeevan Nagar. He said boundary wall has been constructed over nallah at Gandhi Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Nanak Nagar, Sanjay Nagar, left the Jeevan Nagar portion. He on behalf of society urged upon the administration to construct boundary wall at an earliest.
