| Cop among three paddlers held with 600 gm cocaine | | | Early Times Report Jammu, July 24, 2009 In a midnight trap laid by Narcotic and drug control bureau sleuths arrested three drug paddlers and recovered about 600 gram cocaine from their possession. Narcotic and drug control bureau sleuths on specific information laid a trap on BC road, near Shakantula theatre and rounded up a maruti car bearing registration number DL8CD, 5211 and arrested three persons with a 600 gram packet of cocaine. The cost of the cocaine in international market is stated to one crore rupees. They have been identified as Vishal Gupta resident of Sarwal, Pritam Singh, an IRP cop presently posted as PSO to an Advocate and Munish resident of Julakamohalla, driver of an Advocate. Vishal Gupta who is the owner of a travel agency bought the consignment from one Rial Gupta alias Rocky resident of Lower Mastgarh, sources informed. Where as NCB sleuths quizzing the arrested paddlers to elicit more information, sources maintained.
