| Full Court reference to condole demise of Sessions Judge, Advocate | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 24- To condole the demise of Sessions Judge (retired) Manohar Lal Koul and Adv Pyare Lal Koul a Full Court reference was held here today under the chairmanship of Justice Nirmal Singh.
In the Full Court reference rich tributes were paid to the departure souls. Besides, Justice Nirmal Singh, Justice Virender Singh, Justice Sunil Hali and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar were also present whereas members of the Subordinate Judiciary and members of the Bar Association were also present. State was represented by Additional Advocate General AH Qazi while the Bar was presented by its President Sr. Adv Sunil Sethi. After the reference the work in the High Court and also in the Subordinated Court remained suspended for rest of the day. JNF
