Early Times Report Jammu, July 24: Army troops manning Line of Control (LoC) today arrested a senior citizen and recovered a mobile SIM card of a Pakistani company and Rupees 10,500 in currency of that country in Mendhar tehsil of district Poonch, official sources said.
Troops of a battalion of the Dogra Regiment, during normal frisking of locals at Pir Ki Gali crossing point on fence line, arrested one Mohammad Mushtaq, 60, resident of Dharti -- an Indian village on the other side of fence -- in Balakote area of Mendhar tehsil, official sources told UNI.
According to sources, Mushaq had gone to Pakistan via Wagha border on April 22 this year and returned on July 20.
Army, after brief questioning, handed over Mushtaq to local police, sources said.
