| ‘Sharma convenes meeting of corporators’ | | |

Jammu, July 25: Satish Sharma chairman, Public health and sanitation committee called a meeting in his office chamber regarding problems faced by corporators related to health and sanitation. As per a release Narinder Singh ex-Mayor, Dewarka Chowdhary and Pushpa Wazir corporators also participated in the meeting. The meeting was also attended the health officer, chief transport officer and the field staff of the sanitation wing. During the meeting Narinder Singh while highlighting the problems relating to ward No: 1 requested the chairman to initiate steps for further improvement of sanitation of this ward. The Hon’ble chairman immediately directed the concerned officers for action. Dewarka Choudhary appreciated the step taken by chairman, Public Health and sanitation committee in this direction and stated it is for the first time that the Hon’ble chairman, Public Health and Sanitation committee has given a chance to the corporators to highlights their problems individually in their respective wards, the release added
