| NC leader hail CM’s statement | | |

Jammu, July 25: Senior National Conference (NC) leaders in a joint statement issued here today have hailed the chief minister Omar Abdullah’s statement with regard of opening of two central universities one each in Jammu province and other in Kashmir valley.
The leaders Kashmira Singh, Mushtaq Ahmad Bukhari, Brij Mohan Sharma, Dr. Chaman Lal, Mohd Aslam, Gulam Hydr Malik said, shows the CM’s commitment of equal development of the whole state.
They said recently while allocating the funds for the twin cities of Jammu and Kashmir were on equal footing of Rs. 3 crores each for their development. They appealed to the people not to be misled by the millions propaganda of vested interests, rather the communal fibre should be strengthened in order to further peace and prosperity.
