| Army conducts educational tour | | |

In order to win the hearts and minds of the local populace, Rashtriya Rifles has undertaken several welfare and humanitarian missions to ameliorate the suffering of the people and an educational cum motivational tour was planned for the children from this region by the White Knight Corps under Operation Sadbhavana.
Defence spokesperson said, “A total of 24 students will have the opportunity to see the historic city of Jaipur and national capital New Delhi during this tour starting from today to August 02.
Spokesperson said that Commander Rashtriya Rifles Sector flagged off the tour amongst a large gathering of civilians. The children during the tour will spend a total of six days at Jaipur and Delhi before returning back to Doda on 02 Aug 2009.
